It all started on South Baker Street in 2018. With a passion for community and a "flavor first, sweetness second" approach to craft coffee, we opened the doors to Cove Coffee in downtown Mountain Home. We set out to create more than just a place to grab a cup; we wanted to build a sanctuary—a cozy, communal space where the coffee is expertly sourced, the baristas are artists, and the conversations are the main event.

Over the years, the love and support from our Mountain Home community have been incredible. We’ve grown, evolved, and poured our hearts into every latte and cold brew we’ve served.

Now, we’re taking that same spirit on the road. Whim is our new mobile coffee and bar trailer, born from our desire to bring that signature Cove experience to your favorite events, celebrations, and gatherings. Whether it’s a morning wedding toast, a festival recharge, or a private celebration, Whim is here to bring high-quality, craft beverages directly to you.
